The CIGRE Kosovo CMS brings author submissions, committee review, reviewer assignment, document versions, decisions, and administration into one database-driven platform.
THE CHALLENGE.
Conference organizers need to coordinate authors, chairs, reviewers, and administrators across study committees and submission phases while preserving permissions and document history.
THE SOLUTION.
A Django platform with role-based workspaces for each participant. PostgreSQL tracks submissions, metadata, roles, decisions, and versions; submitted files are stored separately.
